William Russell announce new cover enhancements

Specialist international medical insurance provider William Russell has announced further enhancements to their range of global plans. The enhancements come into effect from 1st January 2016, and include genome testing for cancerous tumours, $25,000 cover to cover donor costs in the event of a transplant and a lifetime limit of $80,000 for congenital conditions. 

Other changes are the introduction of pre-operative cover under their Elite Bronze plan, and the additional of a new repatriation benefit covering the cost to the patient’s home country or country of residence including travel expenses for a companion.

The New Year also sees the company review its premiums with the average increase for the next 12 months falling well below the market average.
