Restaurant bombing kills 15 in Mogadishu

At least 15 people have been killed after two bombs exploded at the Village restaurant in Somali's capital, Mogadishu.  The militant Islamist group al-Shabab have claimed responsibility for the attack, saying "successful operations carried out in Hamarweyne".
