Bellwood Prestbury sponsored drinks for the February monthly Mining Sundowner in London last week.

The Sundowner is arranged by the MinSouth division of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mines (IOM3) and has a regular occurrence for over 100 years.

The event was well attended by at least 90 mining professionals. They took the opportunity to combine the hospitality with a chance to discuss their employee benefits and insurance needs with Peter Bellwood, Ed Watling and Coral Parfitt from Bellwood Prestbury.            

By its very nature the international mining industry tends to operate in remote and hostile environments.
