FINANCIAL ADVICE EXPATRIATES
Financial advice – expatriates – describes finance planning for people living and working abroad. As an Independent expert, Bellwood Prestbury provides international financial advice for expatriates all over the world.
FINAL SALARY PENSION SCHEME:
A pension scheme where the benefit (pension) is calculated according to the member's earnings at or near the date of their retirement, or at the time of leaving service. The amount of pension will be a proportion of the member's final salary, depending on their length of service. Also known as a defined benefit scheme.
FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY:
Main regulatory body appointed by the government to oversee the financial services industry in the UK. Since December 2001 the FSA has been the single statutory regulator responsible for the savings, insurance and investment business.
